The Forgelands Harbinger

Qluud, the Oracle, descends on the Harbinger Grounds of Forgeheart Isle with four Ancient Lords at its side. The whole server gets the warning, and the Oracle stays for one hour.

Coming soon. In development. The Harbinger event is built on the server and tested, but nobody has fought it in a real game client yet. The schedule and tuning may change before the Forgelands opens.

The Forgelands has its own Harbinger: Qluud, the Oracle, a Harbinger commander, guarded by four Ancient Lords.

When the sky over the Forgelands turns strange, the Oracle is coming.

When the Oracle comes

  • About every other day. Qluud's arrival follows the game's own Harbinger calendar. On roughly half of all days the Oracle comes, at a random time in the day.
  • Fair warning. Everyone on the server is told on screen 15, 5 and 1 minute before it arrives.
  • One hour. When the Oracle arrives, Qluud and its four Ancient Lords descend on the Harbinger Grounds on Forgeheart Isle. If nobody defeats them within the hour, they withdraw.

The fight

  • A level-50 world boss with four elite guards: bring a raid, not a party.
  • The Harbinger Grounds are inside the lawless region, so rival guilds can contest the kill, and anyone who dies drops what they carry.
  • Qluud drops loot from the Harbinger commander's world-boss loot table.
