Coming soon. In development. The fishing grounds are placed and tested on the server, but nobody has fished them in a real game client yet. Grounds and catches may be tuned before the Forgelands opens.
The Forgelands has sport fishing along its whole coast: the north, east and south-east shores of the peninsula and around Forgeheart Isle.
Where to fish
- 26 salt-water fishing grounds ring the coast and the isle.
- Shipwreck Cove, on the east coast of the peninsula, is the main hotspot.
- The Kraken Deep, in the middle of the Ember Crossing, is the other hotspot. The best catches are in the most dangerous water.
How it works
Fishing here uses the same sport-fishing system as the rest of Verra, with salt-water catches from the top of the tables. The difference is where you stand: the coast is lawless, and full loot applies to fishermen too. Bring a friend to watch your back, or fish the Deep only when the Kraken has been calmed.
