Why EmberForge exists
EmberForge is run by fans to preserve a game that is no longer officially available. When the official servers went dark, a community of players set out to keep the world of Verra playable. It is a labour of love — not for profit.

EmberForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intrepid Studios, Ashes of Creation, or any rights holder. "Ashes of Creation", "Verra" and all related names, trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. We use these names only to describe the game EmberForge preserves.
You bring your own client
EmberForge distributes no game files, assets or copyrighted content. Our server software and website are our own original work. To play, you must already have your own legitimate copy of the game client.
Non-commercial
EmberForge is free to play with zero pay-to-win. Any optional contributions cover server costs only and are thanked with cosmetic items only — never gameplay advantages.

The text, logo, artwork and documentation on this website were created by the EmberForge team. Any screenshots of the game are shown for commentary and preservation, and the game itself remains the property of its owners.
