Run the installer
Open the file you just downloaded. If Windows shows a blue SmartScreen warning, click More info, then Run anyway.
Why the warning? Windows flags new apps it hasn't seen many times yet. Our code-signing certificate is on its way — until then, download only from this page and match the SHA-256 shown with the download.

Open the EmberForge launcher
Sign in with your EmberForge account. The realm picker sits under Play, with North America selected.

Close the game, press Play
If Ashes of Creation is already running, close it first. Then press Play in the launcher — it starts the game connected to EmberForge.
